We will create a cleaner more vibrant Town Centre to encourage major retailers back to Ipswich. We will introduce more innovative planting and ensure cleaner streets.
A REVITALISED TOWN CENTRE
We will immediately use the £8 million given to Ipswich by the Government to regenerate empty buildings. This was your 3rd highest priority in the Town Centre Survey on how to improve the town.
A CHEAPER PLACE TO PARK
We would introduce a loyalty scheme as 76% of you want lower parking charges. To support local business we will introduce a scheme to reimburse parking fees when you spend with local businesses in the Town Centre.
