Crack House Closure in Holywells

The residents in Gladstone Road had suffered the most intolerable behaviour from a drug house dealing in Class A drugs.  Cars were arriving all times of the night, people banging doors, girls screaming - all sorts of anti social behaviour.  Liz Harsant got involved when local resident Richard and his neighbour telephoned her in despair.

The police took action straight away and two people were arrested.  The residents worked with the police, who were able to get a Crack House Closure, meaning that the house is boarded up for 6 months and people need not fear that drug dealing will start again - a real success story.
