Labour would plan to spend most of the council's reserves and then money would run out. Future investment in schools, care homes, highway improvements, new road bridges, and commitment to apprenticeships would have to be sacrificed and ended. All Suffolk residents could then suffer from inflation-busting council tax increases and a rapid decline in essential services.
