The United Kingdom finally leaves the European Union at 11pm tonight, marking the dawn of our national renewal.
- Leaving the EU gives us a historic opportunity to unleash the country’s full potential and level up the entire United Kingdom.
- Today, the Prime Minister held a Cabinet meeting in the North of England. At 10pm the Prime Minister will address the nation setting out his plan to bring the country together and take us forward.
- Tonight is not an end but a beginning. This will mark the dawn of a new era in which we can ensure that everybody’s life chances no longer depend on which part of the country you grow up in.
This is a moment when we begin to unite and level up our country.
