Solution needed for Orwell Bridge problems

Tom held positive discussions with representatives from Highways England about solutions to closures to the Orwell Bridge. Their confidential report will be published at the end of this month.

Tom says "Positive signs. I was quite happy with how the meeting went and that there is potentially quite a robust plan of action for both the short term and long term that will prevent the need for the bridge being completely closed to all vehicles at times of high wind."
