Lower Unemployment again for Ipswich Residents

More good news for for the country and Ipswich was announced today with a continuing fall in unemployment and more people working.

In Ipswich, whilst we had a Conservative MP, youth unemployment has fallen again to 255. (It was 875 in April 2010, a fall of 9% in the last year alone). The main claimant count has fallen to 1505 (from 3151 in April 2010).

The FACTS are clear. People are better off with the Conservatives, earning their own money and having the security of employment, rather than being solely reliant on state benefits.  Young people also have better chances with the Conservatives compared to the horrendous unemployment levels that Jeremy Corbyn's party left the country in, back in 2010.

Whilst the Labour party protests on the streets of London and at concerts, Theresa May and the Conservatives are getting on with governing in the national interest, improving life chances for all.

Your local Ipswich Conservative Councillors will do all in their power to continue the successful legacy of our previous MP Ben Gummer.
