If the councillors' local budgets are kept back this will stop the councillors and local residents being able to instigate small projects in the Holywells area. We believe this is a poor decision. However, please keep giving us ideas for developments and projects in your local area and we will try our very hardest to get funds to finance these ideas and improve your community.
