Many residents who live on the waterfront had raised concerns to Cllr Liz Harsant about conditions under the Winerack. Residents have raised their concerns over lack of lighting and rubbish in the area, arguing that the lack of lighting is making residents - and indeed restaurant goers - feel unsafe in the dark.
Cllr Liz Harsant has been in touch with the new owner of the Winerack and he has now cleaned the area and installed new lighting.
