Cllrs Liz Harsant and David Hale held their first surgery in the Holywells ward since the election. They were encouraged and delighted to see a good number of residents come to see them and they listened carefully to the issues raised. One of the key grievances that kept emerging was the lack of public toilets on the Ipswich Waterfront. This issue will hamper the level of tourism and therefore revenue in the area if people cannot gain access easily to necessary public facilities and the Cllrs are encouraging the council to install some public toilets urgently.
